About
Ralph Thomas Walker, who was hailed in The New York Times as the “architect of the century,” designed Walker Tower, which was completed in 1929.
Walker Tower has now been transformed into 50 luxury condominium residences that incorporate the building’s original design details and includes all of the conveniences of modern, upscale residential living.
The building’s elaborate brick façade has been painstakingly restored, as has the Art Deco ornamentation that Ralph Walker made famous through architectural masterpieces such as One Wall Street and the Barclay-Vesey Building.
